Newly formed B-Tek Precision Engineering acquires the assets of Pro-Spark and together with the assets of Ace Industrial creates what we believe to be the largest and most up to date EDM capacity in the UK. “Our plan is to offer the local manufacturing and engineering community a first class sub-contract service. We plan to grow our business organically and by acquisition and plan to open our next branch sometime within the next twelve months”.
